Celebrating Fourth of July 2022 is a go! Professional fireworks and some laser displays and a drone show, July 2-4, with many events being free admission but some requiring advance ticket purchase only.
Here is a sampling of regional July 4th weekend events, in the Los Angeles County region, including Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.

Hollywood
July 4th Fireworks Spectacular at the Hollywood Bowl: Fun from Steve Martin and Martin Short, and with Thomas Wilkins conducting the Los Angeles Philharmonic in patriotic music favorites, 7:30 p.m. July 2-4. Universal Studios Hollywood: The theme park will have a fireworks display around 9 p.m. all three nights.
